Are you planning for your Big Day and you can’t decide on what to do for entertainment for your guests. A DJ is by far the best answer, our DJ’s have played at too many weddings to list or count. They have much experience in how weddings run and operate and the appropriate music selections for such a special event.
A brief overview of what you can expect from our quality wedding service is listed below: · You will receive a standard wedding reception format information sheets to help with planning the structure of the nights proceedings. This format by all means can be changed to your liking. · You will receive a standard wedding Speech format information sheets to help with planning the very important speeches. This format by all means can be changed to your liking. · A Meeting with your actual DJ to discuss proceedings and help with song selection, where he/she can answer any questions you may have about the night. · A Master of Ceremonies (MC) who knows what he/she are doing. (if required) · The opportunity to select songs for the night. Or you can leave the song selection to the experienced wedding DJ, who will ensure everyone is happy and up dancing the night away. · A smoke machine and high quality lighting to give the nights dancing experience awesome atmosphere. · We will cater for any other special requirements you may need for the night. · And most importantly, the piece of mind that your wedding will be a success and remembered by all guests who attend. · Details our quality wedding service, pricing and song selection are found below.
Planning for your Wedding In preparation for your very important day we send you out a wedding package which includes everything you need to know about a standard wedding reception and how they operate. This is by no means the right way of doing things and you may wish for different format. Once you have thought about all of the questions in the wedding package, we will organize a meeting with the special couple to discuss everything about your wedding and questions you may want answered. For weddings out of the metro area, if a meeting is not possible a phone conversation might be more appropriate. Sometimes it may be also difficult to organise a person to be Master of Ceremonies (MC) for your wedding. At Ultimate DJ Productions our DJ’s are very experienced and well trained MC’s.
Master of Ceremonies The Role of Master of Ceremonies is a very important job at a wedding. There is a large difference between someone giving a few speeches and a professional MC. Our DJ’s have had much experience and training to be a professional MC at your wedding to make all is well on your special day.
The MC’s job includes organising and coordinating all parties involved in the wedding i.e. function staff, photographers, guests and the bridal party; helping prepare anyone for making a speech so that the speeches are a success; helping in the speechwriting if required; as well as setting the mood of the reception and making your celebration fun and memorable.
Getting our DJ’s to MC you wedding does incur a $50* fee, but you can be insured that your wedding will run smoothly. If you wish that a friend MC but are worried that they won’t run the day smoothly, our DJ’s can act as a coach on the day for free.
Price List These prices listed below include a smoke machine, and 3 high quality special effects lights. Most other DJ’s charge extra for these and are of poor quality. You can also be assured that our DJ’s know what they are doing at such an important day. A general wedding reception goes for 6 hrs from 6pm-12pm and this is what our prices are based from.
Note: · Discounts may be offered on competitors quotes · Small travel fees are charged on functions out of the metro area · Bubble Machine $50 · Snow Machine $60 · Extra Special Effect Lighting $40 (Fire, Lasers etc.) · $120* for each hour after the 6 hrs. · Service after 12am will incur a 50% extra surcharge on each hour. · See equipment for details
Unfortunately we have had to increase our prices for coming years due to popular demand. Remember that we use expensive ‘high quality’ equipment, where you would most likely pay our prices in just hiring equipment, let alone a DJ to operate it.
We can also do your ceremony music needs. Whether it be on the beach, park or church. This of course will incur extra hire and service fees and are not included in the normal 6hr wedding package. Couples with a budget, we suggest to ask your celebrant to see if they include music in their packages.
